I've added an event. What happens now?
Thank you for joining thousands of volunteers throughout Scotland for National Spring Clean 2010!
Your Clean Up Kit (containing refuse bags and tabards) will be posted out to you as soon as possible but please allow 21 days for delivery. In the meantime, all the information you need to get started can be found here on the National Spring Clean website. We trust that you will find the information useful and take appropriate steps to ensure the safety of all your participants.
Now that you have added an event, you also have access to additional facilities such as the poster and certificate-maker via your login account. And volunteers can benefit from discounted tidy-up equipment, using The Helping Hand Company's flyer.
NB If you agreed to us publicising your Spring Clean on our online map, please take a few minutes to check that the details we have posted are correct.
To help us measure the success of National Spring Clean, and the impact that it has on Scotland, please take a few moments to submit an online Feedback Form via your login account after your event. By letting us know more about your event, you will also have the opportunity to enter a free prize draw and photo competition, with prizes donated by Greggs.
As an extra bonus for volunteers, Greggs has generously pledged to provide participants with free edible treats which can be collected directly from your local store, subject to availability. Please call Shirley Ann McEwan at Greggs Scotland on 0131 440 7458 or email shirleyann.mcewan@greggs.co.uk (at least seven days in advance of your event to avoid disappointment!) to find out how to claim your goodies and make arrangements to pick them up. (Please note there may be a maximum limit on the quantity you can claim per group.)
